The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, securing new contracts, and representing Ecoserve Cleaning Ltd with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial cleaning and facilities services
  • Generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award
  • Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and tender submissions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to company growth

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, or support services industry
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new business and secure service contracts
  • Strong understanding of cleaning specifications, site surveys, and contract pricing
  • Experience preparing professional proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a hybrid working environment
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site surveys
  • Existing network of contacts in property management, offices, education, or commercial sectors
  • Knowledge of TUPE regulations and mobilisation of cleaning contracts
  • Experience responding to public sector tenders
